A bespoke case-management system for an insurance medicals company, taking every case from referral to report in one place. Built on Jeanus, our own platform, and run as a managed service.
Our client arranges insurance medical examinations. Insurers and TPAs refer a client, our client books them in with a clinic from its provider network, and the medical report goes back to the insurer. One case can mean several appointments, and the insurer's turnaround deadline matters on every one. They needed a single system built around exactly that workflow, handling sensitive health data properly.
Rather than bend their business to fit a generic product, we built a case-management system on Jeanus, our own platform, and run it for them as a managed monthly service. Because the platform is ours, we could shape it precisely to how they work: cases with multiple appointments and a live status tracker, their insurer and TPA partners, their clinic network, and reporting on turnaround and costs.
Each case runs from referral through booking to the finished report, with several appointments per case, a status tracker, an update log and automatic case references.
Reporting shows scheduling and report turnaround against each insurer's SLA, plus what each case was charged, what it cost and the margin, with CSV export.
Includes a portal where insurers and TPAs can follow their own cases, see live status and collect reports.
Partners see case status only, with personal and clinical detail hidden. Reports are held privately and shared securely, and personal data is automatically anonymised 90 days after a case closes.
Software that tracks every case from the first referral to the finished report: who it is for, what is booked, what is late and what it cost, all in one place instead of spreadsheets and email.
It is built for special-category health data. Partners see case status only, with personal and clinical detail hidden, reports are held privately and shared securely, and personal data is automatically anonymised after a set period once a case closes.
The custom layer we build for a client is theirs, and so is all of their data, which they can export at any time. The Jeanus platform underneath is licensed and run by us as a managed service.
Yes. Most businesses that run work as cases or jobs with deadlines can get the same joined-up view. Get a free concept or see how it works.
