A discreet, dignified brand and site for a new confidential support service, built so the people who need it can reach out safely.

Chris and Lynn run a psychotherapy practice on the South Coast. They came to us to launch Viktor: a new, confidential support and therapy service for men, straight, gay, bi and trans, who are experiencing or have experienced domestic abuse. There was no brand and no website. There was a cause, and a lot of care.
Support for male victims of domestic abuse is sensitive work. The brand had to feel strong yet gentle, hopeful, never clinical and never alarming. And the site itself had to be safe: someone in an unsafe home needed to be able to visit without leaving a trace that could put them in danger.
We built the whole brand around a safety feature. Viktor is a name a man can save in his phone, so a saved contact called Viktor reads like a mate, not a helpline. The ethos, victors not victims, runs through every word. The name does the work before anyone even gets in touch.
The mark is a hand-drawn ram's-horn “V”: strength that endures. The palette, “New Dawn”, moves from slate indigo to a sunrise gold, night turning into morning. Sora and Inter give it a voice that is clear, calm and human.
The site explains the service, helps people understand the forms abuse can take, and points to real, immediate help. Safety is designed in, not bolted on.
A button, and the Esc key, drop the visitor onto a neutral website instantly, with a reminder to clear their history.
The site does not track visitors. Nothing follows them around afterwards.
A simple enquiry goes straight to the team's inbox, so a first, low-pressure conversation is one tap away.
A gentle prompt to save the service under a discreet name, so reaching out stays private.

The brand was signed off by the founders, who loved the meaning behind the ram and the calm of the New Dawn palette. A holding page is already live on their own domain while the full site is finished, carrying the safety features and a way to get in touch from day one. Phase two will add online booking and deposits.
Brand and website, from a blank page to a living service, by one small team.
The brand, the tone of voice and the full website for a confidential support service for men, designed and built by our team.
Discretion comes first: calm, dignified design, plain language, and clear routes to help, with safety considered in every part of the site rather than added at the end.
Yes. Doing both together means the name, the look, the words and the website all tell the same story from day one.
