Do we have to replace our ticketing system?+
No. You can keep it. We connect your current ticketing and run hospitality, invoices, dashboards and campaigns alongside it. That can be live in weeks. If you want one system for everything, we can build your ticketing too and switch it over at a season break.
What does our own ticketing include?+
Sales on your own website, season tickets and memberships sold and renewed by Direct Debit, tickets in your own app and in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet with a code that refreshes, entry through your existing turnstiles, a ticket exchange, and booking fees that stay with the club. It is built for clubs and venues of your size.
How long does it take?+

Is our fans' data safe?+
Yes. Your data is never sold or shared, and never used to train AI, by us or by the AI services we use. It stays in your own private workspace and you can export all of it whenever you want.
